Brand new for 2022, CCM is revamping their Tacks protective line. Backed by science, Tacks protection has been tested and validated in the renowned CCM lab to ensure quality and functionality. With updates in the design, protection, and comfort aspects, the CCM Tacks AS 580 Senior Hockey Shin Guards are designed to offer competitive protection while enhancing mobility.
Starting out with the kneecaps of the Tacks AS 580, there is a premium level JDP cap construction plus a protective comfort donut. This pro level cap is designed to disperse impact force away from the knee joint. For added padding and comfort there is the donut in the knee, which will help to keep your knee in place and offer optimum comfort.
Just above the kneecaps of the AS 580 is a mid-density foam thigh guard. This pro-level thigh guard offers premium protection between the knee and bottom of the hockey pants.
Moving down to the shin, the Tacks AS 580 Shin Guards feature an anatomic-fitting PE shin cap providing players with high-level protection and durability. Additionally, there is a tape groove allowing players to lock in hockey tape keeping your pads stable all game long.
Protective Equipment (Player and Goalie) are warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of sale to the consumer when used as intended under normal use and without alterations.
